Job Description
- Design, implement, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) environments including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and VDAs.
- Manage Citrix Policies, user profiles (FsLogix/UPM), Workspace App configurations, and application publishing.
- Perform Citrix patching including VDA upgrades, Delivery Controller updates, StoreFront updates, and NetScaler firmware upgrades.
- Administer Citrix NetScaler ADC/Gateway, including Load Balancing, Content Switching, SSL offloading, authentication policies, responder/rewrite rules, and traffic management.
- Manage certificate lifecycle including CSR generation, installation, renewal, and binding.
- Perform Windows Server patching, GPO management, and OS‑level troubleshooting.
