KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Live Chat Volume, AHT & SLA
• Lead the floor & provide real-time agent support
• Handle agent performance, shifts & breaks
• Manage crisis & flight disruption escalations
• Strong knowledge of Fare Construction & Upsell Matrix
• Drive sales, productivity & customer experience
