Job Title- Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead

Location: Gurgaon (WFO-5 Days)

Experience: 4–6 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead who can independently manage recruitment operations and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk/volume hiring, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Non-IT Recruiters.
• Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple positions and locations.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Monitor team performance against daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews as required.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure timely submission of quality candidates and improve joining ratios.
• Handle candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining closures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to improve productivity.
• Identify hiring challenges and implement quick sourcing solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in Bulk/Volume Hiring is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Experience handling multiple requirements and high-volume recruitment targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
