- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) Firm.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of residential real estate sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to achieve team sales targets and drive closures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
