Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in software delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Technical Delivery Manager).
Proven experience managing teams of 50–100 engineers across global delivery models (offshore/onsite/hybrid).
Strong technical background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, API integrations and full-stack development (MERN, .NET, Java, React, Node.js).
Experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Deep understanding of data security, compliance (ISO 27001/27701, GDPR), and risk management in regulated industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
