Job Summary -
✔ 5+ years of experience in ECM Administration
✔ Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet administration and support
✔ Expertise in installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
✔ Strong production support and incident management experience
✔ Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and database concepts
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
⭐ Experience with IBM Content Manager, Case Manager, or related ECM technologies
⭐ Scripting and automation experience
⭐ ITIL-based support experience
