Java Technical Lead/Architect
Location: Pune (Need Local Candidates)
Mode: Hybrid - 3 days
Looking for a Lead/Architect -level professional with 9+ years of experience and a strong foundation in Core Java.
Must have hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, and Azure (non-negotiable) with experience designing scalable enterprise applications and microservices.
Proven experience in integrating applications with LLMs/Generative AI solutions is mandatory, including building AI-powered workflows and APIs.
The candidate should have strong system design, architecture, and technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive end-to-end solution design and mentor engineering teams.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG frameworks, or similar AI integrations is highly preferred.
