Technical Sales Support Engineer

Role :- Engineer – Technical Sales

Location - Mumbai

Required Exp :- 2-5 years

Education - BE

KRA's:-

Will be responsible to handle SEA and Russia Market

To ensure technical sales support for the organisation.

• Generates and processes new client quotations as per client URS and submission of offers using the Sales tool.
• Driving the sales process and ensuring adherence to Defined SLA for support.
• Payment collection for Advances, Dispatch and retention and updating the reports
• Coordination with Cross-functional teams for getting desired information for the projects.
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary document

Work Experience Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Must have worked on sales tools like CRM/ Salesforce
• Conversant with ERP
