🚀 We’re Hiring – Technical Support & Client Communication
Liried Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Executive to join our team and work closely with clients using our software solutions for the manufacturing and industrial automation sector.
This is a great opportunity for freshers who enjoy solving problems, communicating with people, and learning technology.
Location: Integrated Startup Complex, Kerala Startup Mission, Kalamassery, Kochi
Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM to 6 PM
Experience: 0–2 years / Freshers welcome
Mode: Full-time, On-site
Note: Selected candidates will begin as interns with stipend
What We’re Looking For✔ Good communication skills in English
âś” Confidence in communicating with clients over phone, email, and messaging
âś” Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
âś” Basic knowledge of computers and web applications
âś” Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL is an advantage
âś” Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, APIs, or software applications is a plus
âś” Ability to understand client issues and explain solutions clearly
âś” Willingness to learn new technologies and industrial applications
âś” Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a technical team
🛠️ What You’ll DoCommunicate with clients to understand their software and technical issues
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting
Guide clients in using our software applications
Coordinate with developers to identify and resolve technical issues
Follow up with clients until issues are successfully resolved
Assist during software implementation and deployment
Document issues, solutions, and client feedback
Gain practical experience with manufacturing software and industrial automation systems
