âś” Provide technical support to customers through chat process
âś” Resolve customer queries related to software, hardware, internet, and basic troubleshooting
âś” Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction
âś” Identify, analyze, and escalate complex technical issues when required
âś” Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
âś” Ensure professional communication and adherence to process guidelines
âś” Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
âś” Good written communication skills in English required
