Tele Caller Executive

Job description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives to join our remote travel sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, understand their travel requirements, and convert leads into successful bookings.

Important – Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in English and Malayalam (Both Mandatory)
• A personal laptop is required
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet workspace for calling
• Available for full-time work only
• Comfortable handling 8–10 hours of calling daily

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with travel leads
• Understand customer travel requirements
• Suggest suitable travel packages
• Pitch, convince, and close sales
• Share itineraries and convert leads into bookings
• Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented
• Comfortable handling rejections and meeting targets
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Attractive performance incentives
• Opportunity to earn up to 2X salary based on performance

Work Schedule

• 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• 4 Working Days + 3 Days Off
