Tele-Caller Specialist (Edtech)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads to drive registrations
• Strong lead generation and convincing skills to drive registrations and enrolments
• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
• Follow call scripts and maintain conversation quality standards
• Follow up with prospects to increase registrations
• Qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements
• Maintain records of registrations, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills with clear accent, fluency, and confidence while speaking with international customers
• Experience handling US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia leads preferred
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
• Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, sales, or BPO preferred
• Candidates with international calling experience will be given priority

Shift Timing:

• Night Shift (10 PM- 7 AM IST)
• Remote (Work from home)
• Bring your own device (Laptop & WiFi setup)
