Job Description
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Telecaller to join our team in Gurgaon.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with potential clients, understanding their requirements, sharing relevant information and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Communicate with clients professionally over the phone
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Maintain lead and calling records
- Coordinate with the internal team when required
- Support the team in generating and converting leads
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English is mandatory
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Clear pronunciation and confident phone communication
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers can apply
- 0 to 1 Year of telecalling/customer service/sales experience preferred
Important
Candidates with strong spoken English and confidence on calls will be preferred.
A short telephonic communication round will be conducted as part of the selection process.
