Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with digital campaign leads from Google, Meta & other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities and USPs.
- Schedule and confirm site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and call updates in CRM.
- Follow up with warm leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate closely with field sales teams to improve site-visit conversions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer support.
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
- Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic MS Excel/spreadsheets.
- Persuasive, confident, patient and target-oriented.
Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and profile
Working: Comfortable working on Sundays
