Role Description This full-time, on-site Territory Manager – Agrochemicals role is based in Azamgarh and focuses on managing sales and relationships within an assigned agricultural territory. Daily responsibilities include visiting farmers, distributors, and retailers to promote agrochemical products, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical guidance on safe and effective usage. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering field feedback, and identifying opportunities to increase product penetration and support farmer needs. The Territory Manager will plan and execute territory sales activities, maintain accurate records of visits and sales, and coordinate with internal teams on inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns. The position also requires resolving customer queries, conducting training sessions or farmer meetings, and ensuring high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Candidate must have 5 - 6 years of Experience.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess territory performance, and support informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales Operations to develop territory plans, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with farmers, distributors, and internal stakeholders in a clear and supportive manner.
  • Experience in agrochemicals, agriculture inputs, or related fields, with knowledge of crop protection products and farming practices.
