Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics & Electrical)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive workshop business growth through improvements in PM, load growth, and service performance.
✅ Analyze workshop data, customer retention trends, and implement effective service strategies.
✅ Support dealers in reducing operational inefficiencies and improving productivity.
✅ Handle critical customer complaints and technical issues across the territory.
✅ Manage technical campaigns, recalls, and product feedback escalation.
✅ Enhance customer experience through implementation of service excellence initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with dealer partners to improve process efficiency and business outcomes.
