Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO EBX professional with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Modeling, Workflow Configuration, and EBX Customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX.
The role requires close collaboration with business, governance, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-quality master data solutions. TIBCO EBX capabilities include Master Data Management, Relationship Data Management, Metadata Management, Workflow Automation, Data Governance, Hierarchy Management, and Data Quality Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX.
- Develop and maintain EBX data models, repositories, hierarchies, and reference data structures.
- Configure workflows, business rules, validation rules, approval processes, and stewardship workflows.
- Customize EBX using Java APIs, services, extensions, and integrations.
- Implement and support Data Governance and Data Stewardship processes.
- Integrate EBX with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Support data migration, data quality, data profiling, match & merge, and golden record creation activities.
- Monitor and track incidents, service requests, and change requests while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis and act as an escalation point for complex production issues.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot critical issues.
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment plans, and status reports.
- Guide and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities and productivity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
