Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising clients in Rajasthan through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Needs Analysis: Understand client business goals and advertising needs across various media (digital, print, radio, billboard).
• Sales & Negotiation: Pitch media packages, negotiate rates, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company and client objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Reporting: Track sales performance, update CRM, and provide reports on campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or a related field.
• Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Rajasthan market and local business landscape.
• Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Self-Motivation: Driven, resilient, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Education: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
