About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design a modern, intuitive, and enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform.

You will work closely with the founder and development team to design user experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and enterprise administrators.

Responsibilities

• Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platform
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design recruiter dashboards, candidate interview screens, reports, and admin panels
• Build a consistent design system and reusable UI components
• Ensure excellent usability across desktop and responsive web
• Simplify complex AI features into intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate closely with React developers during implementation
• Review implemented screens and maintain design consistency

Required Skills

• Figma
• Wireframing and prototyping
• SaaS / enterprise dashboard design
• Responsive web design
• Design systems
• User journey and workflow design
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles

Experience

• 3–6 years of UI/UX Design experience
• Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, HRTech, AI, or B2B products preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards and web applications
