Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Specialist

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Timings: Monday to Friday (7 PM to 3.30 AM) Night shift

Experience: 0–3 Years

Responsibilities:

• Market and place IT consultants on bench with US staffing vendors/clients
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and recruiters.
• Submit resumes, follow up on interviews, and negotiate rates.
• Maintain consultant and vendor databases.
• Use LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and email marketing to generate opportunities.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of US IT Bench Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of US IT staffing, work authorizations, and C2C hiring.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Existing US vendor contacts/network is a plus.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
• Graduation is a must.
