Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Shift: Evening Shift
Experience: 4+ Years in US Residential Mortgage
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
⚠️ Note: Only candidates with experience in US Residential Mortgage will be considered. Profiles with Commercial Mortgage experience will not be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
✔️ Hands-on experience in Pre-Underwriting, LO Assistant, File Setup, and Third-Party Orders (WVOE, HOI, Payoff, VVOE, etc.)
✔️ Strong understanding of the Loan Origination Process
✔️ Expertise in Income Calculations (W2, Variable Income, Self-Employed, Rental) – High Priority
✔️ Solid knowledge of the 4 C’s of Underwriting: Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral
✔️ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office tools
