Job Title: UI/UX Designer (2+ Years of Experience)

Location: Bangalore - Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2+ years in UI/UX design

Shift Time : 5PM to 3AM

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has strong visual design skills, understands user behavior, and can translate business goals into seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
\n
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
\n
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions.
\n
• Design responsive layouts and maintain consistency across platforms (web & mobile).
\n
• Work with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
\n
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and tools.
\n
• Contribute to and maintain a design system and component library.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
\n
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
\n
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
\n
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the design thinking process.
\n
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
\n
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (a plus).
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
\n
• A portfolio showcasing UX process, problem-solving, and UI design work.
\n

Preferred (Nice to Have)

\n
• Experience in designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise products.
\n
• Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or illustrations.
\n
• Knowledge of UX research tools (Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, etc.).
\n

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
