ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE BUSINESS: CIRCOR Flow Technologies India Private Limited LOCATION: Coimbatore DIRECT REPORTING: Assistant Manager - Manufacturing CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and disassemble control valves, actuators, on/off Valve & accessories according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications. • Inspect valve components for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements. • Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to verify valve integrity. • Calibrate and configure valve positioners and instrumentation (e.g., DVC, I/P converters). • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and test results. • Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of valve handling and servicing. • Support field service operations including on-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs. • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. • Basic computer skills. • Ability to do work both day and night shift. Qualification • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Valve assembly • Preferred: ITI & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
