Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end test planning, strategy, and execution for Veeva Vault CRM projects • Define test scope, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business analysts and Veeva CRM consultants • Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, assigning work and reviewing test coverage • Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cycles for Vault CRM configurations and customizations • Validate CRM workflows including account/contact management, call planning, sample management, and territory alignment within Veeva Vault CRM • Ensure testing aligns with GxP/compliance requirements relevant to life sciences (e.g., validation documentation, audit trails) • Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely triage and resolution with development teams • Coordinate UAT with client stakeholders and support go-live/hypercare testing activities • Produce test summary reports, metrics, and sign-off documentation for stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Veeva Vault CRM Tester, with strong hands-on knowledge of Vault CRM functionality (Salesforce.com-based platform) • Prior experience in a Test Lead capacity, managing testers and test deliverables • Solid understanding of life sciences CRM processes (account/contact management, call reporting, sample tracking, compliance workflows) • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM) and defect tracking • Familiarity with GxP/validated systems testing in a life sciences or pharma context • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform testing (Vault CRM is built on SFDC) • Excellent communication skills to liaise with business, technical, and client stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to Have • Veeva Vault CRM or Salesforce certifications • Experience with Veeva CLM, Vault Align, or other Veeva Commercial Cloud products • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
