Job Description

We are looking for a Microsoft Fabric AI Implementation Engineer who can design and implement modern data and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

The role focuses on building AI-ready data models, enabling Fabric-based AI use cases, and supporting business users with trusted insights through Power BI, semantic models, and conversational analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
• Build AI-ready data models that support accurate business insights, KPIs, business metrics, and natural-language analytics.
• Support AI implementation within Microsoft Fabric, including Fabric Data Agents and related AI capabilities.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models to support business reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical Fabric-based data and AI solutions.
• Ensure that implemented solutions follow appropriate data governance, access control, security, and data management best practices.
• Prepare and optimize data for AI-driven use cases and conversational analytics.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts and MVPs for innovative data and AI solutions where required.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:
• Lakehouse
• OneLake
• Data Pipelines
• Notebooks
• Semantic Models
• Experience or strong understanding of AI implementation in Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of Fabric Data Agents and/or conversational analytics use cases.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of Python or PySpark.
• Understanding of data modeling, KPIs, business metrics, and data preparation for AI use cases.
• Good understanding of Power BI semantic modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
