Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end program delivery, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Align program execution with customer‑specific processes, quality expectations, and engagement frameworks.
  • Ensure programs comply with audit and regulatory requirements, especially for automotive or other industry‑specific verticals.
  • Maintain transparency through structured communication—dashboards, reports, stakeholder updates, and escalation management.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Define, track, and report on key KPIs to support informed, data‑driven decisions.
  • Support change management activities including scope modifications, resource planning, and timeline adjustments.
  • Conduct program evaluations, capture lessons learned, and implement corrective and preventive actions.


Qualifications

  • Overall 10+ year experience, Minimum 4+ years of experience in project / program management; with strong knowledge within VLSI, silicon development/ engineering environments.
  • Hands‑on experience in at least one/more silicon development workflow, and familiarity in end-to-end silicon development - architecture, RTL design, verification, DFT, physical design & STA, tapeout cycles and Silicon validation
  • Experience working in regulated industries, preferably automotive or other compliance‑centric verticals.
  • Proven experience collaborating with engineering, product, QA, design, and cross‑functional teams to define scope, requirements, and program roadmaps.
  • Skilled in translating business objectives into actionable technical plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
  • Experienced in applying industry‑standard estimation methods, and using tools/techniques for effort estimation, work package sizing, and complexity analysis.
  • Proficient with project management tools including Microsoft Project (MPP), Jira, Confluence, and other planning/scheduling tools.
  • PMP certification preferred and considered a strong advantage.
