Job Profile

• Responsible for Seamless Execution of Interior Projects, Estimation, Contracts & Billing Process.
\n
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality, and within budget, while establishing a strong reporting system and actively tracking project progress.
\n
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and specifications.
\n
• Foster strong client relationships, collecting feedback for continuous project improvement.
\n
• Manage site activities, conduct visits, and coordinate effectively with various Vendors.
\n
• Coordinate with the procurement team to resolve material supply challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
\n
• Stay updated on market trends and research to apply the latest technologies for improved efficiency.
\n
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and efficient coordination for timely product delivery from the factory.
\n
• Uphold a high standard of leadership, combining technical expertise with strategic project management skills for successful interior projects.
\n
• Ensure a strong reporting system as per requirements of senior management and track the same.
\n
• Efficiently plan, gain approval, and analyse risks for comprehensive interior projects.
\n
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and coordinate efficiently for timely product delivery.

• Establish and maintain a robust reporting system for effective project tracking and management.
