Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 5+ years of Workday technical experience and hands-on expertise in Workday Studio (mandatory). The ideal candidate should be Workday Certified and have strong experience in Workday integrations, reports, security, and Core HCM processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Workday Certification (HCM and/or Integration preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio
- Experience in Workday Core HCM
- Expertise in EIB, Core Connectors (CCW, CCB), PICOF, PECI
- Experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON
- Experience in Workday Security Configuration
- Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports and Calculated Fields
- Workday Business Process Configuration
- Experience with Workday implementations, support, and enhancements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICOF.
- Build and maintain complex Workday Studio integrations with third-party systems.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Configure and support Workday Core HCM business processes.
- Manage Workday security roles, domain security, and integration security.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.
- Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors for integration requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.
