Job Description and Responsibilities for Walk Me Developer

• Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement.
• Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers.
• Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support.
• Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.
• Train Client team members on WalkMe platform
• Work with subject matter experts and product owners to design solutions for WalkMe

Experience and Qualification

• 3+Years experience working with WalkMe and 5+ years of experience working with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation role
• Walkme developer certified
• Walkme DAP100 professional
• Hands on experience developing Walkme walks on multiple platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, , etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments
• Support training efforts by aligning WalkMe content with instructional design best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures
• Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentality
• The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
