- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting
- Experience building:
- Custom Reports
- Advanced Reports
- Matrix Reports
- Dashboards
- Calculated Fields
- Ability to independently:
- Gather requirements
- Design reports
- Test and validate outputs
- Troubleshoot reporting issues
Professional Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously
- Documentation and change-management experience
- Strong focus on data privacy, confidentiality, and accuracy
Education
- Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background
