✅ Experience creating Advanced Reports and Calculated Fields

✅ Independent report development and troubleshooting experience

✅ Strong stakeholder communication skills

✅ Engineering or technical educational background

Technical Skills

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting
• Experience building:
• Custom Reports
• Advanced Reports
• Matrix Reports
• Dashboards
• Calculated Fields
• Ability to independently:
• Gather requirements
• Design reports
• Test and validate outputs
• Troubleshoot reporting issues

Professional Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously
• Documentation and change-management experience
• Strong focus on data privacy, confidentiality, and accuracy

Education

• Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background
