Role: Windows Server Admin / Hyper-V Team Lead (L3)
Experience: 8-12 Years
Location: Offshore (Hyderabad)

Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for Windows Server and Hyper-V infrastructure.
- Manage Hyper-V hosts, clusters, virtual machines, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and perform RCA.
- Lead a team of administrators and handle customer escalations.
- Drive platform stability, security compliance, and operational excellence.
- Develop automation and process improvement initiatives using PowerShell.
Preferred Skills
- Azure Administration / Hybrid Cloud
- SCVMM
- ITIL Foundation Certification
