Required Technical Skill Set - Workday Time tracking and Absence management
JD :
Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Design and implement absence plans, leave policies, accrual calculations, and eligibility rules.
Configure:
- Time Entry Codes
- Time Calculation Rules
- Time Tracking Validations
- Work Schedules
- Leave Types and Plans
- Holiday Calendars
- Accrual Rules
Support and optimize business processes related to employee attendance and leave management.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.
Configure security roles and domain permissions.
Perform testing activities including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
Support Workday releases and enhancement projects.
Prepare functional design documents and user training materials.
