Job Description
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support end-to-end payroll processing cycles in Workday for North America clients, including:
Payroll validations and approvals
Payroll runs
Off-cycle payroll processing
Retro payroll processing
✅ Perform payroll reconciliations, including:
Gross-to-Net Reconciliation
Payroll-to-GL Reconciliation
Bank Reconciliation
Tax Reconciliation
Benefits Reconciliation
✅ Maintain payroll master data:
EIB Loads
Earnings and Deductions
Tax Elections
Garnishments
One-Time Payments
✅ Monitor and troubleshoot payroll-related integrations involving:
Time & Attendance Systems
Benefits Providers
General Ledger Systems
Banking Interfaces
✅ Manage payroll-related queries through ticketing systems and ensure SLA compliance.
Required Skills
✔ Extensive experience in Workday US Payroll
✔ Strong understanding of US/Canada payroll processes and compliance requirements
✔ Experience with payroll reconciliations and issue resolution
✔ Exposure to payroll integrations and data management
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
