Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience in Workiva (WDesk/Wdata). The role involves analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Utilize Workiva WDesk/Wdata for data management and reporting
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights
• Create dashboards and reports for effective data visualization
• Ensure data accuracy through regular quality checks
• Support development of data models and analytical frameworks
• Provide training and guidance on data tools and methodologies

Mandatory Skills:-

• Strong proficiency in SQL (deal breaker)
• Experience with Workiva WDesk/Wdata
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Preferred Skills:-

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Python or R
• Experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis
• Proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions
