About the Role

Tweak India (a digital lifestyle platform founded by Twinkle Khanna) is looking for a YouTube Channel Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day management of our video content. You'll work closely with our video editor and content team to turn ideas into consistently high-performing videos.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end YouTube channel management: uploads, scheduling, metadata, thumbnails, and playlists
• Work closely with our video editor to ensure content is cut, paced, and packaged for maximum watch time and retention
• Drive audience growth and build and execute strategies for subscriber growth
• Collaborate with the editorial and social team to align YouTube content with Tweak's broader content calendar and brand partnerships
• Manage comments and community engagement to build a loyal viewer base



What we're looking for

• 3 years of experience managing a YouTube channel or video-first content for a publisher or creator
• Proven experience working with video editors
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and growth levers 
• A sharp eye for what makes a video watchable 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, editorially-driven environment
• Bonus: interest in lifestyle, entertainment, or entrepreneurship content
