Zebra Android Mobility Support Engineer
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in CS, IT, Electronics, or related field
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on Zebra TC53 Android handheld devices
- DataWedge, Enterprise Browser, StageNow, MX, EMDK
- Android Enterprise & Zero Touch Enrollment
- L2/L3 troubleshooting, Incident Management & RCA
- Android OS, firmware upgrades & security policies
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, VPN & 5G configuration
- Barcode scanner, RFID & printer connectivity troubleshooting
- MDM: SOTI MobiControl, Workspace ONE, Zebra DNA Cloud, Jamf
- Device performance optimization, OS patching, DHCP/DNS troubleshooting
- Strong customer support and communication skills
Good to Have
- Zebra Mobility DNA, OEMConfig, Workstation Connect
- Android/Kotlin development
- WMS/Supply Chain application experience
- ITIL knowledge
