Current Salary Expectation Notice Period Education (Full Time / part Time) Role & Responsibilities: Zonal Manager - IL SAHAYAK is a senior field‑operations’ management role entrusted with supervisory accountability, regional governance, and achieving cost‑efficiency objectives – •Demonstrated capability in independently leading teams of six or more field staff, with hands‑on experience in performance coaching, field activity governance, and conflict management. •Well‑developed skills in medical and bill negotiation, including the ability to evaluate treatment plans, assess Validity of hospital charges, and negotiate fairly to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization and customer. •Hold Meetings /Discussions with IL Sahayaks/Clusters to review visits, pending cases, issues, and savings •Monitor field performance, visit discipline, and accuracy of data reported •Support Sahayak/Clusters in handling escalations, customer grievances, and hospital‑related disputes •Review and approve cost‑saving entries with accuracy and transparency •Identify recurring billing patterns or hospital issues and coordinate with central teams for issue resolutions Ensure monthly KPIs are met – field team productivity, customer satisfaction, compliance, monthly cost saving achievement vs target, drive higher cashless%, monitor and drive revenue through lead generation done by sahayak, quality & accuracy of escalation handled Requirement • Education – MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B Pharma, or/and MBA Hosp Administration, Healthcare Management • Experience – 5 to 10 years in Health Insurance or TPA ecosystem, Hosp Process Management, Cost saving, Cashless operations, Customer Satisfaction, revenue generation through leads
