🚨 Hiring: Head IT – General Manager
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Lubricants / Manufacturing / Paint / Similar Industries
Age: 50–55 Years
CTC: Up to ₹80 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
Experience: 30+ Years
IT Leadership Experience: 15+ Years in a similar organization
Qualification: B.Tech / Master’s preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP strategy and operations
• Drive Digital Transformation, Analytics & AI initiatives
• Lead SAP, Azure Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & IT Governance
• Drive Industry 4.0, IT/OT integration and Digital Manufacturing
• Manage Data Centre, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
• Lead IT budgeting, cost optimization and technology investments
• Manage vendors, system integrators and technology partners
• Partner with business leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives
• Lead and develop IT teams across India
Required Technical Expertise
SAP S/4HANA | BASIS | SD | EWM | MM | PP/QM | PPDS | TMS | Azure | Cloud Infrastructure | Network & Security | IT/OT | Analytics | AI
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from Lubricants, Paints, Manufacturing, FMCG or similar process/manufacturing industries with strong enterprise IT leadership experience will be considered.
