Hiring: Occupational Therapist
Project: TN RIGHTS Project (World Bank Funded)
T&M Services Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Occupational Therapists for the TN RIGHTS Project, a World Bank-supported initiative focused on rehabilitation services, inclusion, accessibility, and support for persons with disabilities across Tamil Nadu.
Position: Occupational Therapist
Salary: ₹35,000/- per month
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Work Location: Multiple locations across Tamil Nadu
Eligibility:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
Experience:
• Master's Degree: Freshers can apply
• Bachelor's Degree: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience preferred in disability care, support, and rehabilitation services
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct occupational therapy assessments
• Provide therapy and rehabilitation services
• Develop individualized intervention plans
• Support persons with disabilities through functional improvement programs
• Maintain case records and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
