Senior Proposal Writer

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Remote

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Experience: 8–15+ years

Focus: US Staffing | SOW | Federal & Commercial Proposals

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Writer / Proposal Manager who can independently manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle across US Federal/Government and Commercial opportunities.

This is a hands-on leadership role involving proposal strategy, content development, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and management of our proposal writing team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Own proposals from RFP/RFQ/RFI review through final submission

• Develop compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and response strategies

• Write and edit executive summaries, technical responses, staffing/delivery approaches, case studies, and past performance

• Manage US Federal, Commercial, MSP/VMS, Staffing, and SOW proposals

• Coordinate with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, SMEs, and Leadership

• Assign and review work from freelance proposal writers

• Build and maintain reusable proposal content, templates, and a centralized content library

• Support Bid/No-Bid discussions and identify key requirements and differentiators

What we’re looking for:

✅ 8–15+ years of proposal writing/management experience

✅ Strong US Staffing and/or Professional Services experience

✅ Experience with US Federal/Government and Commercial proposals

✅ Strong RFP/RFQ/RFI and SOW experience

✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication

✅ Ability to manage multiple proposals, stakeholders, and deadlines independently

✅ Experience managing writers, SMEs, or cross-functional teams

Good to have:

⭐ US Federal contracting experience

⭐ MSP/VMS proposal experience

⭐ Knowledge of government procurement and SAM gov

⭐ Experience using AI tools for proposal development
